Ordering, Shipping, Handling, Return & Refund Policy
All orders are subject to product availability at time order is placed. If insufficient stock is available you will be notified as to when it will be available.
All orders will be shipped UPS Ground (United Parcel Services) or USPS (Unites States Postal Service). All shipping charges will be added to your invoice. If you would like your order shipped to Canada please call and make us. If you require expedited shipping please contact us when order is placed. Sorry but we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Claims & Returns
We are not responsible for loss or damage suffered in transit. All claims for merchandise lost or damaged during transit must be made to the shipping company (UPS) or USPS (United States Postal Service). No merchandise will be accepted for return or credit without prior authorization and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns must be made within 30 days of the original ship date and shipping/handling fees will not be refunded.
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

We do not guarantee boards against warping. To help prevent this store in a low humidity space, keep in a tight stack and apply a heavy weight on top.
